“It was around 1:30 p.m. on September 6, 2022, when Humberto Coronel, 33, was preparing to get in his car parked a few meters from the main gate of Radio Amambay AM, on 14 de Mayo and Cerro León streets, in Pedro Juan Caballero, capital of the Department of Amambay.
