RSF urges Mexico to take action to protect journalists after 12th journalist killed in 2022

"On June 29th, Antonio de la Cruz became the twelfth journalist to be murdered so far this year in Mexico, a country that, according to the NGO Reporters Without Borders (RSF, for its acronym in French), is the second most dangerous country for journalism, only after Burma.


In view of this, the Organization issued a new exhortation to the Mexican Government to urgently guarantee the protection of its journalists. This, through a full page in the print edition of The Washington Post.
