"A group of police and security agents from Catacaos forcibly apprehended journalist Ralph Zapata, who coordinated the regional edition of Peruvian site Ojo Público, from his home. The police transferred him violently to the La Legua Police Station on the grounds that he had violated the curfew. Ojo Público reported the incident to the authorities and they released him an hour later."
