“Nineteen Cuban journalists, activists and activist artists launched a petition this Monday [April 29] on change.org that was addressed to the global community and colleagues. In it, they demand the ‘immediate' release of Cuban independent reporter José Luis Tan Estrada.
Tan Estrada was detained on April 28. He is currently being held at the headquarters of the political police, known as Villa Marista (Havana)”.
