Rodolfo Flórez, who has been missing since July 9, was found in Cali on Aug. 5 in good health, but confused and upset, reported the Foundation for Press Freedom (FLIP) via IFEX.
It seems Flórez was the kidnap victim of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC). However, the journalist has denied further explanations, which is why it is unclear what exactly happened, FLIP explained.
