"The independent journalist Henry Constantin, director of the outlet La Hora de Cuba, has been missing since Wednesday afternoon [Jan. 14] in Havana, following a significant operation by security forces deployed in the city.
According to an urgent post by La Hora de Cuba on its Facebook page, Constantin had his last communication with team members around 6:50 p.m. yesterday, while he was at home.

This Thursday morning, editorial colleagues who visited his home found the door and gate open, with no signs of the journalist inside.
His mobile phone is either switched off or out of range, and in front of his building, there is a State Security agent monitoring access."
